Stock history: Pursuant to the Resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of 6 April 2007, A series shares were split on 27 April 2007. After the split, the number of shares was increased to 5 812 500 whereas their face value was set at PLN 0.30 per share. The face value of shares until 26.04.2007 was equal to PLN 1 250.
Pursuant to the Resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of 26 April 2007, the issue of 261 588 B series shares with a face value of PLN 0.30 per share was registred on 12.06.2007. The issue, which was assumed by the Company’s managerial staff, was fully covered with cash.
Pursuant to the Resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of 20 June 2007, share capital was increased by issue of 440 000 C series ordinary bearer shares of total value of PLN 132 000. The shares were the subject of a public offering. They were assumed by investors and fully covered with cash.
