Public offering
Prospectus of Magellan S.A. was submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 11 May 2007. At the meeting of 28 August 2007, the Authority approved the Company’s prospectus prepared for IPO of A and C series shares in order to apply for admission of A, B and C series shares and C series shares allotment certificates to trading on the regulated market. The approved prospectus went public on 10 September 2007.

September 11, 2007 – Commencement of the Public Offering
September 25, 2007 – Closing of the Public Offering

In the Public Offering 1 300 000 oridinary bearer shares was offered including:
  • 860 000 existing A series oridinary bearer shares offered by Polish Enterprise Fund IV, L.P. (the Selling Shareholder)
  • 440 000 newly issued C series ordinary bearer shares
The Issue Price was set at PLN 42 per share.

The Company’s shares were first quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 1 October 2007.
Since its IPO, value of allotment certificates of Magellan S.A. grew by 14,29% to PLN 48, and value of shares – by 7,14% to PLN 45.
