About us: Company Magellan S.A. is the leader in the market of financial services in the health care sector. We are the first choice institution among non-banking companies. Magellan operates also on the markets in Europe, among others in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Due to its international scope of activity, Magellan enables exchange of experiences between economic operators on the health care market from Poland and other countries. Since 2007 we have been quoted on the stock exchange. Shareholder structure consists of the Polish Enterprise Fund, funds managed by PKO TFI S.A., Clients whose money are managed by Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A, PZU Asset Management S.A. and other shareholders.
Activity area: Magellan S.A is the most important partner of hospitals in terms of financing their current activity and the leader in financing the suppliers of goods and services to hospitals. We have many products, which may increase or sustain proper financial effectiveness of health institutions and their contractors. We offer advise, flexibly react to the changes in the legal environment and national health service, and ensure safety of business trading.
Our clients: The company’s Clients are international pharmaceutical companies, corporations supplying medical equipment as well as small and medium local enterprises. We cooperate also with the majority of hospitals, companies who provide outsourcing services to hospitals and utility suppliers.
